Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Canada: $172000 - $176000 (CAD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience managing a complex book of business, sales pipeline, and stakeholder relationships across Automotive (Auto) OEMs, regional dealer associations, franchise dealerships, and Certified Digital Advertising agency partners.

- Deep expertise in performance media and modern digital tactics, including Google Search, Performance Max for VLAs, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measurement and attribution.

- Demonstrated track record of architecting and scaling centralized dealer marketing programs, co-op funding/compliance frameworks, and first-party data integration with certified agency partners.

- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with executive leadership, develop Joint Business Plans, and deliver high-impact roadshows and workshops at scale.

- Manage relationships with certified agencies. Deliver monthly investment/pacing reports and scale adoption of metrics by demonstrating success on single test accounts before rolling out across an agency's entire dealer portfolio.

- Plan, coordinate, and present at multi-city OEM Dealer Roadshows across key hubs (e.g., Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Maritimes) to drive dealer enrollment and counter emerging market concerns (such as new electric vehicles (EV) entrants).

- Partner with Google Customer Solutions on monthly Channel Management reviews to ensure eligible dealer accounts are accurately mapped to Large Customer business goals.

- Coordinate with gTech/DTL on scaled monthly reporting, first-party data pipelines, and account security hygiene (e.g., 2FA/Passkey compliance across dealer accounts).
