As a Business Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Prioritizing and completing tasks in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);

- Handling mortgage-related inquiries from both internal teams and our stakeholders;

- Identifying potential risks early and taking action to deliver the best possible experience for our customers;

- Contributing innovative ideas and playing an active role in driving change initiatives.

The above indicated monthly salary range for this position is before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
