The Position

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and people-centric Talent Acquisition Partner Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting. You will work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

This internship is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of how a modern corporate recruiting engine operates, making it the perfect launchpad for a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities include:

- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and engaging top talent using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and university alumni networks.
- Job Postings: Help draft, format, and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple channels.
- Resume Screening: Review inbound applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
- ATS Management: Help maintain our Applicant Tracking System (i.e.  Workday) by keeping candidate profiles updated and ensuring data accuracy.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist the TA team in tracking key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to optimize our hiring strategies.

We are looking for someone who…

- Is currently enrolled in, or recently (in the last 12 months) graduated from, a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills in English; conversational German is strongly preferred.
- Has exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Displays a high level of empathy and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
- Navigates Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications with foundational proficiency.
- Bonus: Gained previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
