About this role
Direct customer interactions:
- Welcomes and assist the customers in a friendly, professional and Miele like manner
- Provides detailed product information, active product demonstrations and recommendations
- Processes sales transactions and handles payment
- Takes care of stock incl. replenishment
- Handles customer complaints and returns
- Stays up to date on product knowledge and current promotions
- Makes sure to reach own budget.
- Takes care of successful event execution together with Store Manager and the rest of the team
- Helps to ensure that Miele store always appears clean, neat and up-to-date.
- Follows the campaigns and guidelines published by own retail.
Others
- Has an interest in sales and events around the products.
- Supports other departments in Miele to promote sales in Own Retail, and Miele in general
- Is at member of the team in reaching the budget
