<b>Overview</b><br><p></p><div>The EMEA Sales Excellence Strategy &amp; Programs Lead will establish and lead a dedicated regional capability that translates Corporate and EMEA priorities into scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and strategic programs.</div><div>This role will connect strategy to execution by synthesizing priorities across Corporate, EMEA, Finance, and Operating Units into a clear and actionable portfolio. The successful candidate will create the operating rhythms, governance mechanisms, and repeatable playbooks required to drive consistent execution across markets, segments, and solution areas.</div><div>Working across Sales, Finance, Operations, and regional leadership teams, this individual will strengthen business performance management, pipeline governance, and decision-making at scale. The role will also advance an AI-first operating model by embedding AI-powered insights, automation, and reusable workflows into Sales Excellence programs.</div><div>Success will be measured through stronger prioritization, faster decision-making, clearer accountability, consistent adoption, and measurable business outcomes across EMEA.</div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Own the EMEA Sales Excellence strategy, portfolio, and operating model</strong>, ensuring alignment with Corporate, regional, and Operating Unit priorities while translating strategy into actionable execution plans.</li><li><strong>Lead the design, governance, and delivery of EMEA-wide programs</strong>, including prioritization, sequencing, resource alignment, execution oversight, and outcome measurement.</li><li><strong>Drive scalable Sales Excellence initiatives</strong> across areas such as Top of Funnel, account planning, execution standardization, sovereign priorities, and AI-enabled business transformation.</li><li><strong>Establish governance and operating rhythms</strong> that enable effective decision-making, clear accountability, prioritization, escalation management, and disciplined execution.</li><li><strong>Strengthen business performance and execution management</strong> by connecting financial, solution-area, segment, market, pipeline, and forecast insights to growth opportunities, risks, and intervention strategies.</li><li><strong>Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Operating Unit leaders</strong> to align priorities, investments, success measures, and execution plans across the region.</li><li><strong>Drive adoption, scale, and continuous improvement</strong> through playbooks, best practices, AI-powered capabilities, automation, change management, and capability-building programs that improve productivity, decision quality, and business outcomes.</li></ul><p> </p><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Strategy, Business Planning, Sales Operations, Program Management, or a related commercial discipline.</li><li>Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable programmes, operating models, and execution plans.</li><li>Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to derive insights from complex business data and drive business outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a complex, matrixed organisation.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience leading cross-functional transformation programmes across multiple markets, regions, or business groups.</li><li>Experience establishing governance frameworks, business rhythms, and performance management mechanisms.</li><li>Experience managing strategic initiatives, including prioritisation, resource planning, risk management, and outcome measurement.</li><li>Understanding of AI-enabled business transformation, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution practices.</li></ul> <br><br><p>Sales Excellence IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 79,700.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year.
