About this role

Who we are

A world where complexity is the only constant demands a new breed of company. Brave Bison is a different beast: a media, marketing and technology company purpose built for the digital era.

Our universe is made up of award-winning business arms Brave Bison, Engage, SocialChain and MTM. And we’re underpinned by leading marketing training practice, MiniMBA, as well as our very own social-first media network who deliver monthly views in the billions for some of the biggest channels in sport and entertainment across YouTube, Snap, Meta and TikTok.

We’re a global collective who live and breathe digital, working with some of the boldest brands in the world to capitalise on the complexity that defines the modern marketing landscape.

Our mission

New platforms, new behaviours, new audiences, new trends, new technologies, new regulations—our clients’ worlds get more complex daily. Their agency partnerships shouldn’t. It’s our job to cut through the chaos, make the complex simple and navigate a clear path to growth for them.

That’s why we make it our mission to capitalise on complexity for our clients—across consultancy, capability and execution—by crafting dynamic digital solutions that outpace tomorrow’s challenges.

Our values

We’re a proudly diverse business comprised of deep specialists across media, marketing, training and technology. Although our skills, backgrounds and beliefs may differ, we are united by four core shared values:

Bold Curiosity.

We run at change and challenge convention because we love to push the boundaries of what the world thinks is possible. We champion discovery, go deep into our clients’ worlds and are always hungry to learn more about them, our specialisms and each other.

Connected Clarity.

We are focused in our collaboration — joining the right dots between our clients, our partners and our herd of experts to deliver agile solutions at speed and scale. We set a shared ambition from the outset, are transparent at every stage and always strive to make the complex simple.

Positive Encouragement.

We want to make working with us the best part of someone’s day. We lift one other up, find the fun in the day to day and are committed to ensuring everyone belongs.

Constant Impact.

We believe in outcomes over outputs. We’re goal orientated, results driven and data-led. We show up with passion every day. And we’re always honing our craft.

About MiniMBA

MiniMBA was founded in 2016 by Professor Mark Ritson to make MBA-level marketing education accessible, practical and transformative, without the time or cost of a traditional two-year MBA. The brand was built by individual learners investing in their own development, and it is now bought by global organisations to build capability across whole teams, in programmes that range from teams of 30 to well over 1,200 learners.

It has since trained more than 40,000 marketers across dozens of countries, built a genuinely respected alumni community, and formed partnerships with organisations including ADWEEK and The Marketing Society.

About the Role

In April 2027 we are launching six new short courses with world-renowned authors, one of them Mark Ritson. The research is done and the price points are set. What we need now is someone to decide how these courses are positioned, packaged and taken to market, and to make sure they sell alongside our most successful courses.

This is a newly created, senior and hands-on role. You will own go-to-market for the launch, and you will be the champion for the new courses inside the business: training, exciting and equipping our sales team so they have the confidence to sell them. Beyond the launch, you will lead the shift from selling individual courses to selling a capability programme to enterprise buyers, and shape how we position the whole MiniMBA offer.

You will initially report to our Product Director, who is leading the launch, with dotted lines to our Marketing Director and Sales Director. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. Once the launch is complete you will report into the Marketing Director. There are no direct reports at the start: you will work across our sales team and our marketing team (which includes B2B and B2C leads), so you will need to lead through influence and be happy to do the work yourself.

What You'll Do

Launch the new courses

- Own the go-to-market plan for the six new short courses, from positioning and messaging through to launch in April 2027

- Define how the new courses are packaged and sold alongside the existing portfolio, for individual learners and for enterprise teams

- Own launch readiness: website and landing page narrative, buyer-stage content, sales materials and internal alignment on positioning

Enable and energise the sales team

- Train the sales team on the new courses: who they are for, why they matter and how to sell them, so the team has the confidence to lead with them

- Build the sales enablement toolkit, including pitch narratives, objection handling, proof points and case studies weighted towards enterprise outcomes

- Work hand in hand with our Sales Director, who owns the revenue target, so that product marketing feeds directly into pipeline

Position the whole offer

- Lead the shift from selling individual courses to selling a capability programme to L&D buyers, budget holders and senior sponsors

- Build and maintain the messaging house, competitive positioning and buyer personas for each key segment (individual learner, L&D manager, senior sponsor)

- Support the positioning of new brand initiatives, including the MiniMBA podcast launching next year

Measure and improve

- Use HubSpot to track how product marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue, building dashboards the business can act on

- Bring customer and market insight back into the business, and adjust positioning and packaging based on what the data shows

What You'll Bring

Essential

- 8 - 10+ years in product marketing or go-to-market roles, currently or recently at Head or Lead level, with direct experience marketing to B2B buyers

- A track record of launching new products into an existing portfolio, including positioning, packaging and go-to-market, with commercial results you can point to

- Experience training and enabling sales teams to sell new products on complex, multi-stakeholder deals, and getting them genuinely behind it

- A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach: experience in scale-up or growth-stage businesses, and comfortable setting the strategy and doing the work yourself without a team

- Commercial and data-led: confident using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) beyond day-to-day use, building dashboards and using the insight to make decisions

Nice to have

- A background in or close to online education, corporate L&D, professional training or executive education

- Experience in a business that sells to both individuals and organisations

- Experience packaging a product portfolio into a solution or programme offer

- Having worked in both smaller and larger organisations, and understanding the challenges of a business moving from start-up to scale-up

- Having completed a MiniMBA course, or a genuine interest in marketing effectiveness

What Success Looks Like in Your First Year

- The six new courses launched in April 2027 with clear positioning, packaging and a go-to-market plan, and a sales team that is trained and confident to sell them

- The whole MiniMBA offer repositioned as a capability programme for enterprise buyers, and in active use across sales and marketing

- A measurable contribution to the new-course revenue target, working with the Head of New Business (who owns the target), tracked in HubSpot

- Sales enablement materials and case studies that the sales team actively uses and credits with winning deals
