Role Overview
The Business Associate– People Operations (Compliance) supports end-to-end HR compliance operations for the
US business by ensuring accurate data management, regulatory adherence, and timely execution of compliancedriven processes. The role focuses on monitoring employee compliance, maintaining HR data integrity, generating reports, and supporting audit-ready documentation while adhering to defined SLAs and quality standards.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BE, BCA, or equivalent)
• 2–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Compliance
• Exposure to multinational or professional services environments preferred
