SatSure is a global Earth intelligence company headquartered in India. Founded in 2017, SatSure operates across the Earth observation data value chain—from payload infrastructure and foundational AI technologies to decision intelligence solutions. We work with private companies and government bodies across agriculture, agri-banking, forestry, critical infrastructure, and aviation. Through our subsidiary KaleidEO, we are building multispectral payloads for high-definition satellite imagery with edge computing capabilities, supporting sovereign and commercial applications.
## About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong agriculture domain knowledge and hands-on experience in product discovery, solutioning, and zero-to-one product development. Your primary focus will be identifying unmet customer needs, shaping scalable solutions, and taking new products from discovery through launch. You will use AI-enabled workflows to accelerate development and build reusable capabilities that support future products and use cases. You will also partner with commercial teams to support adoption and expansion within existing accounts.
## Key Responsibilities
1. Product Discovery
- Own deep, continuous discovery informed by market shifts, direct customer engagement and feedback, internal stakeholder insights, and the competitive landscape.
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes through structured interviews, field visits, and usage analysis.
- Identify recurring problems and distinguish individual customer requests from broader product opportunities.
- Test assumptions and validate customer problems and solution concepts through research, prototypes, and targeted experiments.
2. Solutioning and Product Strategy
- Translate complex agriculture problems into practical, scalable solutions with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and commercial teams.
- Assess opportunities for customer value, commercial viability, technical feasibility, and data availability.
- Define product strategy and roadmaps with the VP of Product, prioritizing validated opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Translate opportunities into clear requirements, solution concepts, and measurable success criteria.
3. Zero-to-One Product Development
- Lead new products from validated problems through prototyping, development, testing, and launch.
- Align cross-functional teams on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Use AI-enabled research, synthesis, prototyping, and development workflows to shorten the journey from discovery to launch.
- Build reusable data, analytics, and product capabilities that reduce development effort across new products and use cases.
- Ensure releases meet agreed customer, usability, and quality requirements, and incorporate early customer feedback into subsequent iterations.
4. Product Adoption and Account Expansion
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support adoption and identify new use cases within existing accounts.
- Track product usage, customer outcomes, and performance to guide improvements and further discovery.
- Support customer-facing teams with product demonstrations, positioning, and release guidance.
Must-Have Experience and Skills
- Agriculture domain expertise: Strong understanding of customer workflows, industry challenges, and business needs.
- Zero-to-one product development and solutioning: Hands-on experience identifying and validating customer problems, shaping scalable solutions with technical and commercial teams, and taking new products through development and launch.
- Cross-functional delivery: Experience managing complex product releases in a startup environment using agile practices.
- Analytical and commercial judgment: Ability to assess data, customer value, business impact, and product trade-offs.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate problems, solutions, and priorities and align teams and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6 or more years of product management experience.
- B.Tech and MBA from a Tier 1 institution.
