UniCredit Invest Lux S.A. is the Luxembourg-based Management Company (UCITS and AIF) of UniCredit Group, one of the leading pan-European banks. Amongst others, UniCredit Invest Lux manages the onemarkets SICAV, UniCredit´s strongly growing flagship UCITS umbrella with distribution in various European markets including CEE. As a Junior Delegation Oversight Officer, you will support the oversight of key functions delegated by the Management Company to internal and external service providers, including portfolio management, risk management, fund administration, transfer agency and other operational functions. Working closely with senior team members and key stakeholders, you will contribute to ensuring that delegated activities are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and the ManCo's governance framework. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full operating model of regulated investment funds while developing a strong understanding of Luxembourg fund governance, oversight processes and regulatory expectations..

Key Responsibilities:

· Initial and ongoing due diligences on service providers across multiple fund structures and jurisdictions.

· Perform ongoing monitoring through KPIs, onsite visite, service level reviews.

· Participate in risk assessments related to delegated functions.

· Prepare dedicated analyses and assessments on several topics (ISAE reports, company corporate events, KPIS,…)

· Monitor delegated activities against established service level agreements (SLAs), and Operating memorandum

· Escalate identified issues, incidents, breaches or operational weaknesses to senior team members.

· Trigger AML / KYC controls on counterparts

· Prepare meeting materials, presentations and minutes for internal committees and governance bodies.

· Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the delegation oversight framework, policies and procedures.

· Set up distribution network for new funds and counterparts

· Coordinate information requests and follow-up actions with service providers and internal stakeholders.

· Support the tracking and remediation of findings arising from audits, compliance reviews or regulatory inspections.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation supporting oversight activities.

· Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, Operations and Conducting Officers on oversight-related matters.

· Contribute to management reporting and preparation of regulatory submissions where required.

· Assist with ad hoc projects related to governance, operational efficiency and regulatory initiatives

Your profile:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related field.

· min 3 years of experience in the investment fund industry, asset management, ManCo, AIFM, custodian bank, fund administrator or a related financial services environment.

· Strong interest in fund governance, delegation oversight and regulatory compliance; with a good knowledge of the circular CSSF 18/698

· Appreciated but not mandatory the use of due diligence platforms

· Understanding of UCITS and AIFMD frameworks is considered an advantage.

· Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to review and interpret operational and management reports.

· Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proactive, curious and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.

· Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

· Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, Italian or another European language is considered an asset.

· Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

· Analytical skills: Strong numerical and analytical mindset with good command of Excel (formulas, data analysis).

· Attention to detail & rigor: Ability to work accurately in a controlled and regulatory-driven environment, even under pressure.

· Soft skills: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to operate in a small team with broad responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
