As an Intern Internal Audit, you will support our Internal Audit team in assessing and improving business processes across the global HUGO BOSS organization. You will gain valuable insights into a broad range of corporate functions, work closely with experienced auditors, and contribute to projects with international exposure.

What you can expect:

Supporting the planning and execution of internal audit engagements, including research, data collection, documentation, and analysis
Assisting in risk assessments, process reviews, and the preparation of audit workpapers
Helping to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
Supporting the preparation of audit reports, presentations, and management documentation
Conducting data analyses and assisting with the use of automation, visualization, and AI-enabled tools for audit activities
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across various departments and international locations
Contributing to follow-up activities and tracking the implementation of agreed management actions
Gaining insights into key business functions and processes at headquarters and subsidiaries worldwide

Your profile:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a comparable field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in business processes and risk management
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Initial experience with data analytics, visualization, automation, or AI tools is advantageous
Detail-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
