Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée «  Stage en conformité des données  » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations sur son site de Saint Martin. Vous rejoindrez le département “Data office for Operations” en charge de la gouvernance des données pour les achats, l’assemblage, la logistique, le transport et la qualité.

Votre stage consistera à :

Assurer la mise en conformité des applications digitales avec les règlements internationaux en vigueur, avec une attention plus particulière sur la conformité aux règles RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des données).

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois , débutera idéalement en Mars 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

- Comprendre l’application de la RGPD - processus, outils dédiés - dans le domaine des Opérations (achat, logistique, transport, qualité et assemblage)
- Analyser les gaps existants entre les déclarations effectuées et la nature de la donnée traitée dans les outils
- Faire des actions de remédiations avec les propriétaires des applications et assurer la bonne cohérence des déclarations.
- Assurer le suivi de la remédiation en proposant des métriques et un tableau de bord.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

- Compréhension de la mise en application de la conformité des données dans un grand groupe
- Compréhension des processus d’entreprises et de son écosystème digital
- Esprit critique, analyse et synthèse

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la gouvernance de la donnée ou règlements digitaux internationaux ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes:

Compétences techniques :

- Compréhension des réglementations digitales en vigueur
- Suite bureautique et visualisation de données

Soft Skills :

- Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Gestion de projet
- Communication

Langues :

- Anglais : Courant
- Français : Courant

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « Data Compliance Internship » has just opened at Airbus Operations located in Saint Martin. You will join the "Data office for Operations" department in charge of data governance for procurement, assembly, logistics, transport, and quality.

Your internship will consist in :

Assuring the compliance of digital applications with international regulations in force, with a particular focus on GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance rules.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in March 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

- Understanding the application of GDPR - processes, dedicated tools - in the Operations field (procurement, logistics, transport, quality, and assembly)

- Analyzing existing gaps between declarations made and the nature of the data processed in tools

- Carrying out remediation actions with application owners and ensuring proper consistency of declarations

- Monitoring remediation progress by proposing metrics and a dashboard

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

- Understanding the implementation of data compliance within a large corporate group
- Understanding business processes and its digital ecosystem
- Critical thinking, analysis, and synthesis

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in data governance or international digital regulations (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills :

- Understanding of current digital regulations
- Office suite and data visualization

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Project management
- Communication

Langues skills :

- English : fluent
- French : fluent
