Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting and month-end close Prepare recurring management reports covering OIT, sales, margin, and sellex. Support month-end close activities including accrual preparation, cost allocation checks, and variance investigation, and follow up on open items with the relevant business owners.
Planning and forecasting Support the monthly outlook and annual operating plan cycles by collecting inputs, consolidating templates, checking data consistency across submissions, and preparing the bridges that explain movements versus prior forecast and prior year.
Business analysis Build and maintain analyses on topics such as market and share development, product mix, warranty and service cost trends, and investment spend. Translate the results into clear, concise commentary that a non-finance reader can act on.
Business partnering support Answer routine data requests from key stakeholders, prepare materials for business review meetings.
Controls and data quality Apply company financial policies and internal controls in daily work, flag data inconsistencies early, and contribute to improving the accuracy and efficiency of recurring reporting processes.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Zero to three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, or a related field; strong graduates and finance trainees are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, presentation skills,
- Strong analytic and Microsoft office skills
- Hands on, pro-active, solution driven.
- Ambitious (willing to grow within organization) and flexible
- Profound understanding of accounting principles including Finance compliance requirements
Preferred
- Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system, and with a planning or consolidation tool
- Exposure to AI
- Progress toward CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization
