Job Purpose
GSK is looking to hire a Marketing Associate Intern to join our Specialty Care Marketing Team. This role is hybrid, in accordance with GSK policy requiring 2-3 days in office and reports directly to the Marketing Manager, Severe Asthma & Nasal Polyps. This position will be based in either our GSK Mississauga or Montreal office locations, and the ideal candidate will reside in or near either location.

As a Marketing Associate Intern , you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of strategic and operational priorities for GSK Canada's Severe Asthma and Nasal Polyps portfolio. You will contribute to omnichannel marketing execution, performance analytics, content operations, budget coordination and cross-functional project management. You will support the development and delivery of integrated promotional tactics, tools and customer journeys while partnering with Customer Experience, digital, sales and agency teams to support campaign activation and continuous improvement. Your ability to work with data, manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate trackers and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization will be critical to success. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of defined workstreams, build your capabilities through coaching and feedback, and progressively work with greater independence.

Details (Your Responsibilities)

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

- Support the development and delivery of integrated promotional tactics, tools and customer journeys across appropriate channels.
- Partner with Customer Experience, digital, sales and agency teams to support campaign activation, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate customer and field insights, identify execution issues and help translate findings into practical actions.
- Maintain KPI reporting and analyze engagement, channel and marketing-tool usage, including VAE usage where applicable.
- Support Marketing Mix Model activities, including data collection, validation, model inputs, interpretation and budget-allocation discussions.
- Measure the performance of key tactics and prepare clear insights to support decisions on content, channels and promotional mix.
- Coordinate Content Lab workflows to support efficient review and approval of marketing materials.
- Maintain approval, rePAAB and re-approval trackers and flag upcoming risks or required actions.
- Work with Marketing Operations, PAAB-facing partners and cross-functional stakeholders to support compliant execution and documentation.
- Support the Severe Asthma and Nasal Polyps marketing budget by tracking planned and actual expenses, purchase orders, statements of work and invoices.
- Collaborate with Finance on monthly accruals, phasing and project close-out activities.
- Maintain accurate trackers and help identify budget variances, timing risks and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate recurring team forums, including Patient Value Team meetings, business-planning workshops and marketing huddles.
- Independently manage defined workstreams, timelines and deliverables, escalating decisions or risks appropriately.
- Support onboarding, team operating rhythms, vendor coordination and ad hoc initiatives that improve team effectiveness.

- Currently enrolled in a recognized university or college program in business, marketing, life sciences, biotechnology, analytics or a related field, with eligibility for an internship or co-op placement.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, seek feedback and take timely action.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Interest or experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or other regulated-industry marketing.
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, CRM, digital marketing or omnichannel platforms.
- Exposure to project management, budget tracking, vendor coordination or marketing tool approval processes.
- French and English capability is an asset for the Canadian environment.

The annual pay rate for new hires in this position ranges from CAD$31,980 to CAD$79,950 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the Canadian market, education level (e.g., Undergrad / Masters / MBA etc.) and based on the experience required for the role.
