Job Description and Responsibilities
Would you like to help ensure the successful delivery of complex and sustainable mobility projects? We are looking for a Project Quality Manager (f/m) who will work closely with the Project Manager and project team to build quality into every phase of the project.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the project team, combining hands-on quality management with advice, coordination and continuous improvement. You will help prevent issues, strengthen project execution and ensure that customer, contractual, regulatory and internal requirements are met.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans and quality objectives.
· Support the Project Manager and project team throughout the full project lifecycle.
· Plan, prepare and facilitate project milestones, quality gates, reviews and assessments.
· Monitor compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory and internal requirements.
· Coordinate project audits and ensure that findings and corrective actions are followed through.
· Manage non-conformances, root-cause analyses and improvement measures.
· Monitor and report quality status, risks, incidents and relevant performance indicators.
· Support supplier quality activities and cooperation with customers, partners and other stakeholders.
· Promote lessons learned, good-practice sharing and continuous improvement across projects.
· Provide guidance and training in relevant quality methods, tools and processes.
Education, Skills and Qualifications
Your Background
· Relevant university degree or comparable technical or business qualification.
· Experience in quality management, project management or a related role in a technically complex environment.
· Good understanding of quality management systems and standards , like ISO 9001.
· Experience with audits, non-conformance management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
· Experience from railway, infrastructure, engineering or another project-driven industry is beneficial, but not required.
· Fluent English , both written and spoken and fluent Slovak

· A clear communicator who can advise, challenge and support project teams constructively.
· Able to work independently while contributing actively as part of a project team.

· Some traveling is required.
