# Job Description Summary
As a Lean & Continuous Improvement Specialist you will be a vital support resource, playing an integral role in supporting Regional Lean Leader in driving our business operating mechanism and Lean transformation. Effectively coordinate and align with senior leadership of the organization to ensure effectiveness of Obeya environment and drive daily management of lean function to ensure on time implementation of Lean Road map.
You have to be ambitious, high-potential professional and develop yourself as the next gen Lean champion for the organization, under the direct mentorship of a Senior Lean Leader.

Job Description

1. Operational Governance & Strategy Support

- Provide dedicated support to the Senior Lean Leader in establishing and maintaining the annual Lean business operating mechanism.
- Assist in the development of the Lean Roadmap, including the scheduling and tracking of Kaizen improvements required to meet budgetary targets.
- Ensure that the progress is well updated in Kaizen Optimizer and report periodically.

2. Obeya Room Management & Meeting Coordination

- Maintain the integrity of the Obeya room, ensuring it serves as the central hub for performance management.
- Coordinate weekly with cross-functional teams to ensure all charts, KPIs, and Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) are timely updated and accurate.
- Monitor and drive the follow-up process for action items, collaborating with owners to ensure timely closure of tasks identified during reviews.

3. Lean Execution & Sustainment

- Support the daily management of the Lean function to ensure all scheduled Kaizens are executed according to project timelines.
- Assist in the implementation of sustainment cadences, ensuring that process improvements are embedded into daily workflows.
- Identify operational roadblocks and work under the guidance of the Lean Leader to apply structured Lean solutions.

4. Leadership Development & Communication

- Act as a professional liaison between the Lean department and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare professional documentation and updates for senior leadership meetings.
- Engage in continuous mentorship with the Head of Quality & Lean, demonstrating a commitment to mastering Lean concepts and developing into a future organizational leader.

Required qualification-

- Minimum graduation in Business Administration/Management or Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the similar or related field
