Job Description:

The Employee Services Leave team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to

candidates, employees, and managers including executives and HR partners throughout the Enterprise. This role is responsible for

completing and ensuring the efficient execution of daily assignments, inquiries and reporting. As an Employee Services Leave

Administration Specialist you will provide support to all level of employees across the enterprise for leave of absence inquiry services

and administration. The Employee Services Leave Administration Specialist will work with employees, partners and external medical

providers. This position serves as a subject matter expert to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide company policy and adherence

to Employee Services process guidelines. Additionally, this role will identify and solve complex problems, collaborate with cross-

functional partners, ensuring clients and partners needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of phone calls

• Transact leaves restrictions, track leaves, process payments, and follow up correspondence for Cast Members in a case

management system

• Exhibit expertise in leave administration team functions to help guide, educate, and support team solutions.

• Identify process opportunities, make recommendations on process improvements, and partner with Employee Services

Operations Leadership to make process adjustments

• Support others to solve complex problems using deep process knowledge, data analysis, and good judgment to identify

innovative solutions.

• Identify process opportunities, make recommendations on improvements, provide input on resource documentation

(including Knowledge Articles), and partner with Employee Services Leadership to implement adjustments.

• Provide subject matter expertise on systems, policy, practices, and processes for the enterprise HR partners, the Services

Center team members, and clients ensuring prioritization and timeliness while balancing daily workloads.

• Communicate with all levels of leadership, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HRBP, Health Services, Workers

Compensation and Medical providers

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-year experience in Human Resources.

• Proven experience in customer service with the ability to interact with all levels, including executives.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and proven ability to handle highly confidential information.

• Ability to solve complex problems using a broad perspective to identify solutions.

• Ability to adapt, multi-task, and be flexible, in a changing and fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to bridge procedural, resource, training, service, and communication gaps and identify operational efficiencies to

streamline processes.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and partnering skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume work in a deadline-driven environment, including demonstrated prioritization and delegation of

work.

• Ability to work in both collaborative and autonomous settings.

• Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Experience in a call center

• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures.

• Proficiency with HR systems of record, such as SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.

• Familiar with Telecom systems, such as Avaya CMS, Telecom App Kit, and NICE.
The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $57,300 - $69,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
