Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

- Manage the whistleblowing channel, including case assessments, follow-up actions, retaliation risk monitoring, and case closure

- Lead ethics and integrity investigations from intake and planning through findings, reporting, and closure

- Manage investigation documentation, evidence, timelines, and reporting in a structured and confidential manner

- Plan and conduct professional interviews with reporters, witnesses, and other relevant stakeholders

- Collaborate closely with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, IT, Cybersecurity, business stakeholders, and external advisers

- Produce regular incident reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of investigation methodologies, reporting quality, benchmarking, and the speak-up framework

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:

- A relevant university degree in law, HR, audit, or a related field

- Solid experience in ethics and integrity investigations, forensic reviews, or other sensitive investigations

- Strong business understanding and the ability to identify emerging risks and opportunities for organisational learning

- Experience with e-discovery processes, including data collection, analysis, review, and reporting

- Strong knowledge of IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office applications and AI tools that support efficient ways of working

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish; other language skills are considered an advantage

- Strong interviewing skills and experience conducting high-profile investigations

- Sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially and professionally

- High integrity, independence, and a strong work ethic

- Strong prioritisation and delivery skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

We are authentic and honest, and we strongly believe that by being your own true self, you can accomplish so much more. We don’t always get it right the first time, and if mistakes are made, we make sure to learn and grow from them. We want everyone to voice their opinions freely. That is why we have built an environment that empowers you and everyone around you, and where you can feel safe and cared for. Are you eager to be part of this ambition?

We have an amazing team, and we are excited about our work and the impact it has on building sustainable societies. We are looking to find a colleague with this shared passion for smart technologies and a sustainable future.
