We are looking for an
Hourly Employee, Communications Specialist
to join Neste’s Corporate Communications team at the company's Espoo headquarters.
This is a fixed-term, hourly role offering 2–3 days of flexible work per week through the end of April 2027. The role is ideal for a student close to finishing their studies, but we also welcome applications from recent graduates.
In your role, you will, for example:
- Coordinate and help organize internal events (e.g., town halls)
- Write and publish content for Neste’s communications channels (e.g., intranet, info screens, website)
- Assist with various internal communications projects
- Participate in Neste’s media relations work together with the team
- Create and update Neste’s company presentations
- Proofread and edit communications materials (press releases, internal announcements, presentations) for consistency and clarity
Keys to success in this role:
- Ongoing university studies (ideally close to completion) or a recent graduation in communications, marketing, or another relevant field
- Relevant work experience - experience in communications in an international listed company, the journalism sector, or a communications agency is especially valued
- Readiness for hands-on work
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a global organization and a multicultural environment
- Interest in collaborating with external stakeholders, including the media
- A can-do attitude paired with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills and fluency in both Finnish and English

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo. We work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and a sense of belonging.
We don’t expect you to be a stellar communicator on day one, but with us, you’ll have a great opportunity to become one. You will be supported by an experienced communications team and report to the Head of Corporate Communications.
