Salary: £37,800 per year - (overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate)

We are looking for an experienced Silver Service Waiter / Butler-style Hospitality professional to join our corporate hospitality team at one of the City of London’s leading law firms.

Job Description

- Deliver Silver Service / Butler-style service to an exceptionally high standard.
- Greet incoming global clients, and senior executives with an impeccable, welcoming, and formal demeanour.
- Provide professional wine presentation, support formal lunches, private dining, fine-dining and VIP hospitality, corporate events, receptions, and client functions.
- Serve food, refreshments, tea, coffee and beverages to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Memorise partner preferences, client dietary constraints, and specific allergy profiles to provide invisible, seamless care.
- Set up private dining rooms and executive boardrooms according to strict protocols, including fine linens, silver cutlery, and crystal glassware.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest requirements.
- Impeccable Grooming: consistently flawless personal presentation adhering to traditional corporate or silver waiter attire standards.
- Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, seamless service delivery
- Represent the hospitality team and the firm with professionalism and confidence at all times.

Qualifications

- Elite Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in silver service, butler service, luxury hospitality, private clubs, five-star hotels, or high-end corporate hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with senior clients and VIPs.
- Able to maintain high emotional intelligence and work efficiently under strict, fast-moving time constraints.
