## Company:
Marsh
##

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technology Delivery Analyst to join the Marsh Management Consulting 's AI internal AI transformation program focused on making OW an AI-native firm by end of 2027.

This is a delivery and coordination role at the operational center of the program: running the governance and architecture review processes that move AI and platform initiatives through approval, turning technical discussion into executive-ready decision records and action registers, and keeping the daily operational queue moving.

The Senior Technology Delivery Analyst will work closely with Marsh Management Consulting Tech, Marsh Tech, security and architecture stakeholders, and the Build team’s AI PMs and Product Strategy PMs, supporting third-party AI vendor onboarding and approvals, AI tool rollout and adoption, access and ServiceNow request handling, and program reporting, and providing PMO cover when team leads are unavailable.

We will count on you too:

Governance & Architecture Review Support

- Support recurring governance forums, including the Weekly Architecture Review Board (ARB), coordinating agendas, materials, and attendees
- Produce meeting summaries, decision records, and approval documentation for technology initiatives and security and architecture reviews
- Track ownership and progress of action items, architecture decisions, risk considerations, security requirements, cost considerations, and approval conditions through to closure
- Prepare initiatives for governance review, ensuring the required documentation, risk assessment, and stakeholder input are in place ahead of the forum
- Follow up with architecture, platform, security, and delivery stakeholders to keep decisions and conditions of approval moving
- Support data residency, compliance, and security discussions by capturing requirements and tracking their resolution

Third-Party AI Vendor Onboarding & Access Management

- Support the Tech Onboarding and Marsh compliance process for AI vendor onboardings, from initial intake through to go-live, including the exception process for expedited pilot approvals
- Coordinate AI vendor assessment and approval activity, preparing documentation for procurement, security, and governance reviews
- Handle access requests and operational escalations for AI tooling, including ServiceNow tickets, SharePoint requests, and intake form confirmations

AI Tool Rollout, Adoption & Optimization

- Support the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI tools, including deployment activity, user education, and best-practice guidance
- Monitor usage patterns and consumption, flagging model default settings and configuration choices that materially affect cost, and recommending adjustments
- Engage vendors and internal teams on tenant-level configuration changes and follow through on agreed actions

Program Operations, Reporting & PMO Support

- Produce program reporting from operational data, including ServiceNow metrics, ticket volumes, and adoption and usage measures
- Own the daily operational queue, keeping access approvals, onboarding tickets, and routine requests moving without items being dropped
- Turn long technical meetings into executive summaries, decision logs, and action registers that senior stakeholders can act on directly
- Coordinate across leadership, PMO, product, engineering, and security stakeholders to keep cross-functional initiatives on track

What you need to have:

- 4+ years of experience in technology delivery, governance, PMO, or technology operations roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, or a related field
- Experience supporting technology governance or architecture review processes in a complex enterprise environment, ideally within a professional services or consulting firm
- Demonstrated ability to turn technical discussion into executive-ready documentation, meeting summaries, decision records, action registers, and risk assessments
- Strong coordination and follow-through skills, with a track record of managing a high-volume operational queue without dropping items
- Experience with technology onboarding, compliance, or access management processes, and comfort navigating security and procurement review
- Working knowledge of reporting and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, with the ability to pull and interpret operational metrics
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, PMs, and technical teams alike
- Comfortable absorbing large amounts of institutional knowledge rapidly and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical and research skills, with an interest in technology and the ability to assess the impact of tooling on client-facing work

What makes you stand out:

- Experience working in a consulting environment, familiarity with the pace, stakeholder complexity, and commercial pressures of a professional services firm
- Working knowledge of Marsh or Marsh infrastructure and processes, or demonstrable ability to acquire it rapidly
- Exposure to AI tools and platforms, including large language models, AI governance frameworks, or enterprise AI onboarding
- Hands-on familiarity with SIEM, OKTA, SCIM, or similar enterprise security and identity tooling
- Experience working within an Agile delivery environment, familiarity with sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and ADO or similar tools

Why join our team:

- Work in an environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential, fostering personal and professional growth
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders;
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact for colleagues, clients, and communities;
