Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Software Developer to join our engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting and enhancing a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications, including our eCommerce platform, ERP integrations, internal business tools, and other enterprise systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced development environment and enjoys working across multiple projects and technologies. Candidates should be comfortable shifting priorities, investigating complex business and technical problems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support applications across multiple business platforms.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design, technical analysis, and requirements gathering activities.
- Develop, test, and deploy enhancements for eCommerce, integration, and internal business systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, platform modernization efforts, and process optimization.

Preferred Technical Experience
- Full-stack web development experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js and React
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between business systems and ERPs
- Experience supporting eCommerce platforms, internal business applications, and operational workflows
- Exposure to Infor CSD (Distribution SX.e) or similar ERP platforms preferred
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions
