HVAC Installation Coordinator – Dayton, OH

Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installation Coordinator to help coordinate residential HVAC installations from sale through completion. You'll work with customers, installers, sales, field leadership, and logistics to keep projects organized, schedules on track, and customers informed. You don't need HVAC experience to succeed in this role. If you're organized, dependable, good at solving problems, and have experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, project coordination, or operations, your skills can transfer well.

- Monday–Friday, on-site schedule ; After-Hours On-Call Rotation: Coordinators participate in a rotating after-hours scheduling schedule, with each coordinator covering approximately one week every two months.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily residential HVAC installation schedules.
- Work with installers and field leadership to ensure jobs are properly prepared.
- Track installations from sale through completion.
- Coordinate installer schedules, Saturday availability, and approved time off.
- Monitor permits, customer balances, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and installation records.
- Process paperwork, payments, permits, and other required documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and operational processes.
- Solve problems and follow through to keep installations moving.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to know HVAC. We can teach you the HVAC side of the business.

- Is comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems.
- Adapts well when priorities change.
- Can work independently while being a strong team player.
Experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, operations, project coordination, construction, logistics, or home services is a plus.
