Your Impact

As a Services Technology & Enablement Program Analyst Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll support programs that improve the tools, technology, processes, and resources that enable Services teams to deliver better customer experience. You’ll work with business and technology partners to help plan and execute initiatives, analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the adoption of new solutions.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in program management, business analysis, technology enablement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll gain exposure to how strategic priorities are translated into actionable programs that improve operational efficiency and support scalable business growth.

Summer Internship Program

Whether you're starting your professional journey or pivoting to a new field, Lowe's offers the resources and opportunities you need to thrive. Our 10-week summer internship program (May 24th–July 30th) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

What You Will Learn

- Support the planning and execution of Services Technology & Enablement programs.
- Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and develop action plans.
- Track program performance, timelines, deliverables, risks, and key metrics.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Support the testing, implementation, and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Develop reporting, presentations, and communications to support program execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Gain experience in program management, technology enablement, change management, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
- Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience

- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management, reporting, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in technology, program management, business operations, process improvement, or enablement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
- Experience managing projects, timelines, or deliverables through coursework, internships, student organizations, or work experience.
