Une offre de stage intitulée « Stagiaire en Sales Controlling Analytics (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse (Blagnac HQ) .

Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale au sein du département « Sales Finance controlling » en charge du suivi de la performance commerciale de l'activité Avions Commerciaux . Ce stage consistera à : soutenir l'équipe Finance dans le développement des capacités d'analyse et d'automatisation. Vous analyserez le processus de reporting, identifierez les opportunités et spécifierez les processus où l'automatisation peut remplacer les tâches manuelles et répétitives actuelles. Avec le soutien de l'équipe finance, vous concevrez et livrerez des processus automatisés, en créant les applications et pipelines de données nécessaires, afin d'exploiter l'analyse de données et l'automatisation du reporting pour analyser des données commer ciales et financières complexes.

Ce stage débutera en janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois .

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

- Collaboration avec les contrôleurs financiers : Comprendre les besoins métier, explorer le potentiel de l'analyse de données pour les solutions digitales et trouver des solutions pour lever les limitations actuelles.
- Amélioration du processus de reporting : Automatiser les requêtes de données et le reporting financier, et créer les applications nécessaires pour remplacer les reportings standards XLS et Google Sheets tout en garantissant la fiabilité des données et la continuité des activités.
- Exploration de nouvelles capacités de tableaux de bord (dashboards) : Soutenir la gestion opérationnelle et financière.
- Soutien de l'équipe : Aider à la création du contenu de formation digitale, au développement des compétences (upskilling) et à l'intégration (onboarding).

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 dans le domaine de l'Informatique décisionnelle / Business IT, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance (ou équivalent) pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois .

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences techniques (Hard Skills) suivantes :

- Analyse et gestion des données
- Fortes compétences de programmation en JavaScript/Apps Script, Python/R, avec la capacité de construire, dépanner et guider les autres dans la création d'applications
- Expertise en outils de visualisation de données et de business intelligence
- Expérience des méthodes et outils de data science (y compris IA et interprétation de modèles statistiques) appréciée
- Connaissances de base des concepts financiers et appétence pour la finance
- Solides compétences analytiques
- Statistiques et modélisation de données

Vous vous reconnaissez dans ces qualités (Soft Skills) :

- Fort intérêt pour la maîtrise des nouvelles technologies.
- Solides compétences en communication et relationnelles, avec la capacité d'expliquer des concepts techniques à un public non technique.

An internship opportunity titled " Intern in Sales Controlling Analytics (M/F) " has just opened within Airbus SAS at its Toulouse (Blagnac HQ) site.

You will join an international team within the " Sales Finance controlling " department responsible for monitoring the commercial performance of the Commercial Aircraft business . This internship will consist of: supporting the Finance team in scaling our analytics and automation capabilities. You will analyze the reporting process, identify opportunities and specify processes where automation can replace current manual, repetitive tasks. With the support of the finance team, you will design and deliver automated processes, creating necessary applications and data pipelines to directly contribute to harness the data analytics and reporting automation to analyze complex commercial and financial data.

This internship will start in January 2027 for a duration of 6 months .

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

- Collaboration with finance controllers : Understand business needs, explore the potential of data analytics to digital solutions and find solutions to remove current limitations.
- Enhancement of the reporting process : Automate data queries and financial reporting, and create necessary applications to replace XLS and Google sheet standard reporting while ensuring data reliability and business continuity.
- Exploration of dashboarding capabilities : Explore further dashboarding capabilities to support operational and finance management.
- Team support : Support the team with necessary digital training content, upskilling, and onboarding materials.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a degree at the Master's degree (Bac +5) level in the field of Business IT, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance (or equivalent) for an internship duration of 6 months .

You possess the following technical knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):

- Data analytics & data management
- Strong programming capability in JavaScript/Apps Script, Python/R coding, with the ability to build, troubleshoot, and mentor others on creating applications
- Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Experience in data science methods and tools (incl. artificial intelligence and statistical model interpretation) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts and an appetite for Finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Statistics & data modeling

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
