- Analyze current infrastructure and applications to identify optimization opportunities, cost reduction strategies, and migration pathways to cloud environments
- Drive improvements in Azure cost management: cost drivers, budgets and alerts, Advisor reviews, and reservation/commitment strategies.
- Build and maintain reusable project templates and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules so new workloads are provisioned consistently and correctly.

- Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, tools, and services that align with organizational needs, including containerization platforms, orchestration systems, and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Oversee cloud infrastructure deployments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery capabilities are properly implemented and tested
- Establish best practices for cloud resource management, including monitoring, performance optimization, and automated provisioning
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams on cloud architecture patterns and cloud-native application design
