Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Financial Specialist to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity to build or grow your career in fintech and see how finance works in a regulated payments business, from the numbers to the regulation. You will support the team with financial analysis and reporting, help make sure we meet our regulatory obligations, including the safeguarding of client funds, and work with data from key partners such as Visa. Along the way, you will work closely with colleagues across the company and learn how financial decisions shape the business. We are looking for someone motivated and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in finance and a willingness to learn. You will get support from an experienced team and room to grow as you take on more responsibility.

- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial models, forecasts and budgets.

- Assist with regulatory financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timely submission.

- Support the safeguarding of client funds, including reconciliations and related controls.

- Support day-to-day communication with partner banks and card schemes such as Visa, including reporting, settlements and fees.

- Support client billing and related processes where needed.

- Help identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.

- Prepare clear and accurate reports for management and other stakeholders.

- Collaborate with IT, Product, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams on finance-related matters.

- Perform other duties in accordance with the rules laid down by the Employer.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in finance, banking or a similar area.

- Good understanding of basic financial concepts (P&L, Cash Flow).

- Strong Excel skills.

- High attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

- Ability to organise your work, meet deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly.

- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new tasks.

- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

- English level B2, both written and spoken. (Mandatory)

Nice to have:

- Experience or interest in fintech, payments or card schemes.

- Basic knowledge of financial regulation or safeguarding requirements.

- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI).

- Knowledge of Estonian and/or Russian.
