Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our Columbus team. You'll work alongside experienced installers, learn a skilled trade, and gain hands-on experience that can lead to a long-term career in HVAC. No HVAC experience required. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, coachable, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do
- Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations and replacements
- Learn HVAC equipment, tools, installation techniques, and safety practices
- Load, stage, and organize materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe jobsites
- Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
- Participate in ongoing training
- Take on more responsibility as your skills grow
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Mechanically inclined or interested in how things work
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to work in physically demanding environments and varying temperatures
- Safety-minded and team-oriented
- Professional and respectful in customers' homes
Previous HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.
