We’re looking for a dedicated ATS & SCADA Lead Engineer in Istanbul ready to build smarter, safer rail systems for tomorrow. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

Your role, your impact

- Design, implement, and validate ATS and SCADA site data for modern railway projects.

- Collaborate with international teams to ensure robust integration and commissioning.

- Maintain configuration management and technical documentation for secure operations.

- Support system testing and ensure high reliability across subsystems.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in system design and delivery.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As a ATS & SCADA Lead Engineer, your insights will keep cities connected and passengers safe.

What you bring

- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Control and Automation Engineering.

- 4–7 years of experience in railway or industrial automation projects.

- Practical knowledge of Python, SQL, and configuration management.

- Fluency in English and strong analytical and teamwork skills.

- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

- Accuracy and reliability in ATS and SCADA data delivery.

- Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

- Timely integration and commissioning milestones achieved.
