About the role

Boston Scientific is undergoing a major global business transformation as part of our Magellan Program, migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This initiative aims to simplify, standardize, and modernize our business processes while enabling data-driven growth.

As an Intercompany Interplant Analyst , you will be responsible for supporting and executing transfer pricing, standard cost pricing, and intercompany billing activities, including master data maintenance, data analysis, reconciliations, and issue resolution. You will also contribute to testing and implementation activities related to ongoing business projects and the Magellan Program.

This role provides broad exposure to global finance processes, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration and offers the opportunity to take ownership of assigned processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update transfer pricing and standard cost pricing master data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

- Support and execute intercompany billing and pricing processes across global entities

- Manage master data change requests and related workflows, coordinating with relevant stakeholders when required

- Perform data validations, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies

- Analyze financial and operational data and provide insights to support business and finance stakeholders

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders

- Investigate and resolve pricing, billing, and master data issues within the assigned area of responsibility

- Participate in testing activities during system upgrades, implementations, and the SAP S/4HANA transformation under the Magellan Program

- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure data integrity and effective end-to-end processes

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation

- Support documentation of processes, procedures, and controls

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

- Previous professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Intercompany, Pricing, Master Data, or a related analytical area

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

- Good understanding of finance processes and an interest in data management and ERP systems

- Ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international, and cross-functional environment

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership, learn, and drive improvements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline

- Strong written and verbal English and Polish communication skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

- Experience working with financial and/or operational data

- SAP or other ERP system experience is preferred

- Experience with intercompany processes, transfer pricing, standard costing, billing, or master data would be an advantage

- Experience working in an international or shared services environment would be an advantage
