About this role
Main purpose of role: To deliver against deal targets, generating new and repeat business through strategic applicant management.
Location: Marylebone
Salary: OTE £40,000k - £50,000k depending on experience.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-7pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lettings activity to generate 40 viewings a week, 2-3 lets a week.
- Applicant management – ability to distinguish your applicants based on their motives for moving.
- Price reductions to help the office to have a more lettable register.
- Offer negotiations to enable a smooth transaction.
- Ability to deal with effectively with the administration department.
Requirements
- Customer service orientated – either from a related industry or a known competitor, or being a trainee within Dexters.
- Base level understanding of the industry.
- Financially driven with a motive to earn.
- Cultural fit with our brand values through your actions and words.
