As a Total AV Associate, you will build the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to support the planning, activation and reporting of campaigns across linear TV, online video, cinema and audio.

You will help the team deliver accurate, consistent and timely work, while learning core media principles, client processes, commercial requirements and dentsu tools.

Amplifi is the supply-side platform of dentsu, consisting of three pillars: Investment Management, Media Trading (Media Owner Services and Principal Buying) and Content (Original Partnerships & Entertainment); all underpinned by Supply-Side Management practises. Job Description:

What you'll do

Market Knowledge, Planning and Implementation

- Build a working knowledge of the fundamentals of linear TV, online video, cinema and audio, including audience targeting, key performance metrics and core media partner products.
- Understand what good and poor performance looks like against client KPIs, spot anomalies and escalate issues promptly.
- Support audio and video planning by navigating Lightbox plans, updating values, uploading linear TV activity to Caria and exporting online video briefs to Prisma.
- Interpret TV activation front sheets, compile spot times that reflect client expectations and support campaign turnaround activity with sales houses.
- Develop an understanding of TV market dynamics, including inflation and the relationship between broadcaster revenue and market impacts.

Client Deliverables and Account Support

- Complete assigned reporting and analysis accurately and on time, including weekly and monthly reports, PCAs, MMM inputs and ad hoc data requests.
- Pull relevant data, provide clear commentary and begin to identify practical next steps with support from the wider team.
- Actively listen on client calls, take accurate notes and begin to contribute to performance and task updates.
- Support the creation and maintenance of client plans, campaign set-up documentation and internal communications.
- Build positive working relationships with client teams, media owners, DGS and wider internal stakeholders.

Process, Operations and Quality

- Follow agreed processes accurately and consistently, meet deadlines and flag risks or errors early.
- Support finance and billing processes, including budget and strike-weight checks, statistics runs, invoice support and timely completion of client deadlines.
- Create and track Zoho tickets through to completion, following SLAs so campaigns launch on time.
- Liaise with DGS on campaign set-up and the creation of linear buying briefs, online video campaigns and digital audio campaigns.
- Manage personal workload effectively, including client and non-client work, and complete Aura timesheets accurately each week.
- Use Power Hour principles, automation and AI tools to improve the efficiency and consistency of basic tasks while maintaining quality control.

Commercial and Activation Fundamentals

- Understand the basic Total AV booking process and the importance of committed and non-committed plans in Lightbox and Caria.
- Check budgets and strike weights between Lightbox and Caria, and send provisional or final bookings with team support and approval.
- Support live and pacing checks, identify campaign issues and escalate them in time for corrective action.
- Build awareness of client KPIs, commercial priorities, tag types, billing requirements and the role of partner commitments in campaign delivery.

People, Culture and Communication

- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, on calls and by email, and use Microsoft Teams and Outlook effectively for communication, file storage and organisation.
- Actively participate in training, team catch-ups, department meetings and relevant agency sessions; take notes, ask questions and share useful learning.
- Contribute to department communications such as Monthly Marketplace Updates, internal huddles and routine team emails.
- Support new junior cohorts as a buddy, answer questions where confident and contribute to ad hoc training.
- Demonstrate strong organisation, collaboration, curiosity and receptiveness to feedback and coaching.
- Attend the office on mandated days and participate in department meetings and events.
