About this role
You'll build and look after the Revit models behind our architecture and interiors. That includes making the families our joinery and furniture depend on, keeping drawing sets accurate and catching clashes before they cause problems on site. We'd love someone who likes a tidy model and is always looking for ways to make Revit quicker.

Interiors With Art has been designing and building luxury homes, palaces and hotels for 24 years, for private clients around the world. We've recently opened offices in Delhi and Chennai and set up a joint venture with Sotheby's International Realty India, and the team here is growing quickly. Behind the scenes we're changing how the business runs too. We build a lot of our own technology and we want people who'll help us keep improving how we work.

We're happy to try new software, and if it makes the work better or quicker, we keep it. There's not much hierarchy and very little corporate process, so ideas get heard whoever they come from. You'll work with the team in India and abroad .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage 3D BIM models from early design through to construction issue.
- Create custom Revit families for joinery, furniture, fixtures and finishes.
- Use Avail to manage and organise our Revit content libraries.
- Produce accurate , coordinated drawing sets for design development, technical detailing and construction issue, including finishes and FF&E schedules.
- Coordinate models across disciplines to resolve clashes before they reach site.
- Help maintain the studio's BIM standards, templates and documentation.
- Find ways to use AI and automation to speed up Revit processes, and keep improving how our Revit workflow runs.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- An architectural background, not just Revit software training.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience, including some residential projects.
- Strong, hands-on Revit across both architecture and interior packages.
- A real understanding of detailing and a habit of accuracy.
- Experience with Avail for content management.
- Interested in automation and AI in BIM.
