About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the global HR leadership team. This role combines executive administrative support with coordination of HR initiatives, communications, and cross-functional activities. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain exposure to senior leadership, global HR operations, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the CHRO and HR leadership team.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and management materials.
- Support the coordination of global HR meetings, leadership calls, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the preparation of HR communications, updates, and management briefings.
- Coordinate and track inputs from global HR teams and regional stakeholders.
- Support the review, formatting, and alignment of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain and organize HR governance materials, templates, and records.
- Monitor action items, timelines, and deliverables across HR initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between HR teams, Workforce Management, and other business functions.
- Support the establishment and continuous development of HR Centre of Excellence activities and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience in administration, executive support, project coordination, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive mindset, high level of discretion, and professional approach to confidential information.
