About the Role

BestX is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Sales & Support AVP to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client service across our award winning multi-asset Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and analytics platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, supporting product adoption, and serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading buy-side and sell-side institutions globally, helping clients optimize execution performance across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Futures markets.

Key Responsibilities

As a BestX Sales & Support AVP, you will:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Futures markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with institutional clients, prospects, partners, and industry participants.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively and revenue targets are achieved.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing client relationships and increase platform adoption.

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their workflows, challenges, and business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive engagement, training, and support.
- Partner with clients throughout the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation and ongoing utilization of BestX products and services.
- Represent BestX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Product & Client Advocacy

- Gather client feedback, business requirements, and market intelligence and communicate these effectively to product and development teams.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and articulate business cases to support product prioritization.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on BestX analytics, TCA, EMS/OMS workflows, and electronic trading practices.

Risk, Governance & Collaboration

- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and risk excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Sales, Product, Support, Operations, and Senior Management globally.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in electronic trading, fintech, capital markets, TCA, analytics, or a related financial services role.
- Strong product and market knowledge across at least one major asset class, including Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, or Equities.
- Understanding of Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA), best execution, EMS/OMS workflows, and electronic trading analytics.
- Experience working with electronic trading platforms and institutional trading workflows.
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers within financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks impacting electronic trading and best execution across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Experience working with institutional asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, corporates, banks, or broker-dealers.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Appreciation of cultural diversity and experience working within global organizations.
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge constructively, drive change, and deliver results.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
