Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

The Counterintelligence & Investigations (CI&I) Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership for all CI&I activities within Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) and coordinate with enterprise Security leadership to ensure a OneLM approach. This role will lead a team of experienced investigators conducting a variety of complex internal investigations across MFC. This role will also lead a team of counterintelligence professionals responsible for safeguarding Lockheed Martin and government information and administering the Insider Threat Program across MFC.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a geographically diverse team of investigators and analysts responsible for executing the overall Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and Investigations Programs across the business area.

· Ensure all investigations comply with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures and are aligned with a OneLM appraoch where possible.

· Prepare and present concise, risk‑based briefings to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Translate complex security findings into actionable recommendations for decision‑makers.

· Partner with other Lockheed Martin functions: Corporate Security Operations, Counterintelligence, and Investigations; Legal, Compliance; Human Resources; and Ethics as appropriate. Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement and intelligence agencies on investigations and intelligence sharing as appropriate.

· Identify emerging trends and patterns and provide recommendations to senior leadership for program improvements.

Basic Qualifications

* At least 15+ years of progressive experience in counterintelligence, intelligence analysis, or security management
* Must have an active Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance
* Must have ability to obtain SAP and SCI access
* At least 3+ years of leadership experience
* Demonstrated experience with insider threat programs, counterintelligence, or complex investigations.
* Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver executive-level written and oral presentations, briefs, and reports
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex problems

Desired Skills

* 7 years of leadership experience
* Experience as a Counterintelligence (CI) Lead or Investigations Lead for a Lockhead Martin business area
* Extensive law enforcement and/or intelligence agency liaison network

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $198400.00 - $368400.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $178500.00 - $331500.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $158700.00 - $294700.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
* Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $142800.00 - $265200.00
* Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
