- Monitor and report on social media KPIs, content performance, and website traffic driven by social channels, surfacing insights to inform planning, programming, and content pillars.

- Build and maintain a regular reporting cadence for leadership — channel dashboards, campaign post-mortems, and benchmarking against peer and sector performance.

- Use structured testing (format, timing, creative, messaging) to refine the content approach, and translate results into recommendations that shape go-forward planning and execution.

- Oversee community management, setting response protocols and escalation paths, and personally handling sensitive or reputational inquiries.

Experience and Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media management, including experience leading campaigns or programs end to end.

- University degree in a related field of study considered an asset, though an equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.

- Experience owning agency and vendor relationships — scoping work, managing budget, and holding creative and content deliverables to brand and strategic standards.

- Hands-on experience with content management systems and digital asset management.

- Familiarity with SEO and GEO best practices.

- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; sound judgment in interpersonal relations.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Track record of building a content or channel strategy from business objectives — setting priorities, defining success measures, and adjusting based on performance data.

- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and asset classes in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience translating channel performance into insight and recommendations for senior leadership.
