- Monitor exceptions and aged items, ensure root causes and corrective actions are documented, and escalate material risks or service impacts appropriately.
- Perform or evidence quality reviews of high-risk and non-standard activity, with clear audit trails and adherence to documented procedures and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Maintain and enhance operational procedures, checklists, control evidence, management information and client reporting.
- Contribute to onboarding, conversions and change initiatives, including requirements definition, testing, implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
- Identify opportunities to improve straight-through processing, reporting and control effectiveness through workflow redesign, automation and better use of data.
- Coach, mentor and develop supervisors, senior analysts and analysts; provide timely feedback, technical guidance and structured training.
- Act as deputy for the Manager when required and represent Loan Operations in client, governance, project and cross-functional forums.

What you bring to the table:

- Significant experience in fund administration, investment operations or loan servicing, with strong exposure to private credit and/or syndicated loans.

- Strong Excel capability. Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, workflow tools or automation is desirable.
- Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
