About this role

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING (KWPMC) is seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the continued growth of our emerging markets.

Working closely with Marketing leadership, this role will help execute regional marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, support lead generation, and strengthen business development efforts.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, capable designer, proactive researcher, and organized project coordinator who can take established direction and move projects through execution.

Job Duties and Essential Functions

- Support alignment with Marketing and regional leadership to coordinate and execute regional marketing priorities.

- Develop and produce marketing content across digital and print channels, including blogs, website copy, email campaigns, direct mail, advertising, presentations, brochures, and event materials.

- Design and adapt branded creative using established templates and brand standards.

- Support SEO and AIO initiatives by incorporating approved keywords, recommendations, and search best practices into content.

- Support lead generation through market research, opportunity tracking, targeted campaigns, and marketing outreach.

- Assist with proposals, RFP responses, sales presentations, qualification materials, and other business development collateral.

- Research PR, media, award, speaking, sponsorship, partnership, and networking opportunities and coordinate with Marketing and external partners.

- Support regional events, including invitations, registrations, marketing materials, vendor coordination, logistics, and follow-up.

- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deliverables while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Bring forward creative ideas, market insights, and opportunities that can help increase awareness and support Midwest growth.

- Travel may be required.

The successful Marketing Coordinator II will be a versatile, execution-focused marketer who can turn established strategies and priorities into polished, timely work across content, design, events, lead generation, and sales support.

Work Environment

The position will require someone to work in a variety of different environments, such as an office (primarily) and it will require the incumbent to drive to different events and properties.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Travel

Travel may be required.

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

- 2-5 years of marketing, communications, agency, or related experience preferred.

- Strong organizational, research, and project management skills.

- Strong writing and editing skills.

- Strong graphic design capabilities across digital and print materials.

- Proficiency in Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with email marketing, HubSpot CRM, WordPress, digital advertising, and SEO tools preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners.

- Ability to take established direction and independently move projects through execution.

- Portfolio or examples of design, writing, and marketing work preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work will be determined by the business.

Position Supervision
Employee reports directly to the marketing director.
