Essential Job Functions:
• Partner with clients, executive stakeholders, and internal teams to define and execute business and technology transformation strategies across the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance value chain.
• Lead modernization programs, developing transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and business cases that align technology investments with measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by assessing current-state operations, technology landscapes, and target-state architectures to accelerate digital transformation.
• Champion the adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions, driving innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
• Provide deep expertise in P&C insurance business processes, core insurance platforms, and emerging technologies, guiding transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business consultants, architects, technology leaders, and delivery teams to successfully execute complex transformation programs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for modernization through core system transformation, cloud adoption, low-code/no-code platforms, data modernization, and process automation.
• Develop executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and value realization frameworks that support investment decisions and transformation governance.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Insurance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 15+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, technology modernization, or digital transformation, with significant experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing transformation strategies, business cases, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance operations, products, distribution channels, claims, underwriting, policy administration, and core insurance systems.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements from strategy through execution.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence business and technology decisions.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, cloud technologies, digital platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Continuous learner with a passion for emerging technologies and industry innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or related graduate degree.
• Experience with leading P&C core platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar insurance solutions.
• Experience implementing AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Industry certifications in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, agile methodologies, or insurance disciplines.
• Proven track record of driving business value through technology modernization and organizational transformation programs.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $139,200 - $289,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
