Your Responsibilities

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktions-Teams der FBA 8 zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Prozessstabilität und Produktqualität
- Aktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Produktion
- Mitwirkung bei der Analyse von Produktions- und Instandhaltungsdaten (z. B. Störgründe, Anlagenzustände, Prozessparameter) und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Verantwortungsvolle Mitarbeit in Verbesserungsprojekten
- Einblicke in alle Hauptbereiche der Feuerbeschichtung: Schmelztauchprozess (Zink/Zinklegierungen)
- Glühstrecke / Wärmebehandlung
- Oberflächenprüfung & Qualitätsprozesse
- Produktionslogistik (Coils, Handling, Transport, Planung)

Your Profile

- Du studierst erfolgreich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung
- Sehr hohes Interesse an produktionsnahen Tätigkeiten, technischen Prozessen und dem Anlagenbetrieb
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, technische sowie wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge zu verbinden
- Du trittst sicher auf, kannst dich durchsetzen und kommunizierst klar – sowohl mit Ingenieur:innen als auch mit Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit – besonders in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Begeisterung für unsere Prozesse
