At Sunol Creek Memory Care , an Agemark Senior Living community, were looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships and creating positive experiences for our residents. What Youll Do

- Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.

- Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.

- Provide Personalized Care: Offer patient, compassionate support that honors each resident's unique needs, preferences, and abilities.

- Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents conditions and report concerns promptly.

- Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

- Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.

- Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
