Salary Range:

$25.05/hr - $31.44/hr

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individuals related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.

What you will be doing:

The Production Associate III is responsible for safely and efficiently performing manufacturing and assembly operations to produce high-quality products that meet company standards and customer expectations. This role supports daily production activities by operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting finished products, maintaining a clean work environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality specifications.

- Operate production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently.

- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

- Package finished goods for shipment following company procedures.

- Load and unload materials and move inventory throughout the production area.

- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns.

- Keep workstations organized and maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S principles.

- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

- Support production goals by meeting established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.

- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- 5+ years of experience

- Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.

- Ability to safely operate equipment while wearing required PPE.
