Senior Hotel Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Gross annual salary ranging from €50,000.00 to €55,000.00 (14 salaries)
Reporting Line: Head of Marketing Italy
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required, as many events and activities may take place throughout the week, including weekends. Therefore, occasional weekend work may be required.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hotel's marketing plan (including pre-opening activities) and manage the hotel's marketing budget;
- Create, maintain, and update the hotel website with new content and events in coordination with the Corporate Marketing Team;
- Oversee day-to-day content management across the website and online portals;
- Support the creation of hotel packages in collaboration with the Hotel Director and the Corporate Marketing Team;
- Build relationships with local partners to create and implement effective local marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales for the restaurant, lounge bar, and spa (which are open to external guests);
- Develop partnerships to maximize the promotion of local attractions and activities, such as golf clubs, cultural excursions, sports activities, and destination attractions;
- Maintain relationships with local media to communicate hotel events and activities;
- Create in-house communication materials to promote the restaurant, lounge bar, and spa among hotel guests, including the hotel concierge tool;
- Support the creation of content for the hotel's social media channels in collaboration with the Communication Manager, while coordinating and supporting external content creators;
- Manage hotel photo and video productions, including promotional and corporate content, in coordination with the Corporate Marketing Team;
- Support the organization of internal events such as press trips, influencer visits, press events, and individual blogger and journalist stays.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field;
- 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry;
- Strong project management skills and an analytical mindset;
- Good knowledge of the Italian media landscape and established professional contacts;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence others;
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent Italian and excellent English language skills; German and additional languages are considered a plus;

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
