Client Services Consultant (Home Care Sales) – Palm Beach County
Privatus Care Solutions, a leader in private care, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing team selling private pay nursing and home health aide services. The successful candidate is well versed in the challenges of healthcare and aging, confidently provides expert guidance to potential clients, and has excellent communication skills to build strong, trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key relationships, drive brand awareness and advance sales to meet revenue goals
- Develop referral relationships with case managers, social workers and physicians
- Build revenue through both cold calls and scheduled meetings
- Meet with potential clients and families to consult on service options
- Conduct client assessments, in partnership with our clinical team, through medical record review and in-person meetings
- Complete intake and service agreement documents for new clients
- Communicate closely with the operations team on potential new clients
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
Requirements
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
- Must be polished, detail-oriented and strategic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for informed decision-making
Strongly Preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience in private pay home care
- Established relationships within Palm Beach County
Compensation & Benefits
- $90–100K base salary plus commission
