About this role

The Visual Merchandise Specialist will support the Fix Marketing team by managing visual assets, analytics, and communication tools that shape the in‑store experience. You will collaborate with merchants, styling teams, and brand stakeholders to ensure that every visual element—from images in Mockshop to mannequin displays—aligns with strategic retail goals and seasonal campaigns.

- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail communications, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Mockshop, Yoobic, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sell‑through and stock data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- In‑depth understanding of store layouts and fixture systems.
- Hands‑on experience styling mannequins and creating visual displays.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to seasonal planning and brainstorming initiatives.
- High attention to detail for data editing and image preparation.
- Ability to produce clear, concise weekly briefs for brand and social teams.
