We are currently looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN. Our team is a highly collaborative finance organization that partners closely with operations, logistics, accounting, and business leaders to drive informed decision-making across the Aftersales business. We do more than report financial results. We help tell the story behind the numbers, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic business decisions. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while contributing to projects that have a real impact on the business. Interns are treated as valued members of the team, given ownership of projects, exposure to leadership, and opportunities to collaborate across multiple functions.
A Day in the Life:
- Support month-end reporting activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI tools and automation solutions.
- Assist with the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting enhancements that support business decision-making.
- Create and improve processes for updating cost tables related to new model launches.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Learn how parts move through legacy systems into SAP Financials and support process improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Solid foundation in accounting and finance principles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience or exposure to Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
