As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.

YOUR ROLE

- Own and develop scalable data products and semantic models using SQL and dbt .

- Define and govern business metrics, KPIs and reusable transformation logic.

- Lead data quality, testing, observability and analytics engineering best practices.

- Translate complex business requirements into trusted, production-ready data solutions.

- Drive finance reporting migrations from SAP BW to modern data platforms.

- Mentor Analytics Engineers and collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts and Scientists.

YOUR PROFILE

- +5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering , Data Modelling or Data Products.

- Strong expertise in SQL , dbt , dimensional modelling and semantic layers.

- Experience owning end-to-end analytics solutions from requirement gathering to production.

- Solid knowledge of data quality, testing, governance, lineage and observability.

- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to define and reconcile business KPIs.

- Experience with Git , CI/CD and code review practices.

- Experience with SAP BW and finance reporting. (Nice to have)

- Knowledge of Databricks , Unity Catalog , dbt Semantic Layer or Cube. (Nice to have)

- Python for automation, testing and data processing.(Nice to have)
