Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. In this position, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

A significant part of the role involves collaborating with business users based in the United States, making strong communication skills and a high level of English proficiency essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, particularly users located in the United States, to understand their needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams.
- Support technical teams during the implementation phase, providing clarification and guidance on functional requirements.
- Validate delivered solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and functional specifications.
- Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and resolve functional queries and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
- Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
- Experience working with:  Value at Risk (VaR) and  Stress Testing
- Proven ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements.
- Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional project environments.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English level ( minimum B2 ) with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders based in the United States.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements.
