What Youll Do
- Assist retail and internal customers with accurate parts lookup and ordering
- Manage parts inventory, special orders, and returns
- Support technicians with timely parts delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, efficient parts counter
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members
What Were Looking For
- Automotive parts experience (luxury brand preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
