Pearl Sverige has offices in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö. You join the office closest to you and work with colleagues in your own business area and with clients across Sweden. Expect travel outside Sweden when assignments or events require it. You need fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Requirements per track
SAP Finance
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum two years in finance, for example as controller, project controller or functional accountant
- Solid understanding of accounting, closing processes, cash management and invoice handling. Accounting skills are required.
- Experience with accounting systems and process improvement. You understand how systems work.
- Hands-on experience analyzing financial data, for example in budgeting, forecasting or reporting, using Excel or similar tools.
- Interested in data analysis. You enjoy finding patterns, questioning numbers and turning them into insight.
- Interested in AI tools and hands-on use of them, for example in your work, studies or projects.
- Industry experience for example Retail (incl. grocery), Wholesale and distribution, Consumer products and manufacturing (incl. food), or Pharma/Life sciences
Additional merits: ERP system experience or superuser role. SAP knowledge.
SAP Logistics
Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, sales, service, supply chain, business management or a related field.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum two years in SCM/supply chain, sales or within procurement of indirect and/or direct materials, replenishment solutions, contract management or similar.
- SCM/supply chain: Familiarity with logistics or supply chain systems and processes, with a solid grasp of system setup and coordination
- Sales Experience: Background in product management, business development or inside sales, including workshops, product demos and delivery follow-up.
- Procurement experience: Knowledge of masterdata, especially products and suppliers.
- Industry experience for example Retail (incl. grocery), Wholesale and distribution, Consumer products and manufacturing (incl. food), or Pharma/Life sciences
- Interested in AI tools and hands-on use of them, for example in your work, studies or projects.
Additional merits: Experience with logistics systems (SAP, Visma, Microsoft, etc.). System configuration or superuser experience is meritorious. SAP Knowledge.
SAP Technology
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field. Vocational education combined with relevant experience is also considered.
Skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience building with AI, for example using AI agents, copilots or LLM APIs to design, generate and test code in your work, studies or projects. AI experience is required.
- A solid programming foundation in at least one modern language, for example Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or C#.
- Experience building or integrating applications, for example APIs, web front-ends, databases or cloud services.
- Familiarity with modern development practices such as Git, CI/CD and automated testing.
- Interested in problem solving. You enjoy letting AI do the heavy lifting while you design the solution, question the output and make sure it’s right.
- Interested in how technology creates business value for clients.
Additional merits: End-to-end integrations, EDI integrations, cloud platforms (e.g. SAP BTP, Azure or AWS), automation scripting. SAP knowledge.

Recruitment process
Applications are open from 9 October to 9 November. We review applications on a rolling basis, so apply early. Select your track in the application. The process has two assessments, a personality test and a cognitive ability test. Two interview rounds follow. A police clearance certificate is requested at the final stage.
